It becomes really tough to write something once you leave school and college.
I realized it when i joined a course in graphology and the tutor told me to write about myself.
I never felt such difficult situation even in my board exams as well. :)

I personally feel that, when you write something , you pen down your thoughts.
That gives a direction to your thoughts, your beliefs, you inner self.

Don't even i remember, when last time i wrote a Inland letter or a postcard.
But writing is a nice thing, which require little patience.as it is required to,
sit and think think before you write even a word or sentence.

What i feel is, writing is a communication tool - A way of expression.
For example you clicked a pic and posted it on your FB wall or blog.
And most of your friends, don't know what to interpret out of it.
In that case, if you write a one liner caption, it a a great support tool to
what you want to express.

Writing is connecting to myself.
So a BIG YES to writing........

इस प्रकार के ईमेल के कुछ निम्नलिखित उद्देश्य हो सकते है :

१ . दूसरों का समाया बर्बाद करना |

Actors, Musicians, and Sculpturers etc would be given a

chance to make or develop world.

How beautiful it would be?

From the eye of painter --- World would be full of beauty of Nature & Animals.

From the eye of Musician-- Their would be good sound of People & Animals.

From the eye of Sculpturer- Best sculptures to decorate world.

From the eye of Actor ------Best communication among people.

From the eye of Dancer-----Entertainment and health to people.

Imagine!

The power of creative people in world, with out whom we are not complete.

These are the people who expects only one thing i.e Appreciation, not money

or jewelery.

Q: What could be a solution if in your building, people are peeking pan masala at every nook and corner-- specially at staircases ?

Ans: Just paste posters of God and Goddess on walls, at every corner and see the result.

This way was adopted by some people and results are good.

Atleast people, who believe in God and have sentiments can be stopped in

increasing peeks and dirt in vicinity.

However for others, some other solution need to be created.....That is

Ethical v/s Unethical

I directly come to what i learned or what i understood of the Ethics in Business.

I think there are basically three kind of people

1. Hungry

2. Partial Hungry

3. Not at all hungry

Hungry says: " I will not mind stealing food or murdering someone to feed myself else i will die."

Partial Hungry says: " I will not mind stealing but murdering someone for food is not ethical."

Not at all hungry says: " Stealing & murdering both things are unethical."

The whole story of being ethical and unethical rotates around these 3 kind of people in business , in life, everywhere...

All are correct at there place-- Hungry is arguing as if he will not do stealing or murder for food, he will die, for partial hungry ethics is limited to some extent but for Not at all hungry both the things are unethical, he is saying so because he has most of the resources to keep him alive.

So how to keep the world alive and ethical

It is moral responsibility of Not at all hungry to help both the kind of people to survive. If he do so he is ethical else not, because he is having power. With little sacrifice of this man all 3 are surviving.

But in reality because of the greed of people, it rarely happens. Powerful will always target poors for their incapability and failure, however truth is that poor cannot improve as they lack resources which are in abundance with powerful people.

Apply it to current financial crisis or any social problem. i think we can find a solution of it and can survive and thrive.

If you have been in to any hostel or lived with your roommates in your life you may understand what i am going to discuss..

Guess............

Yes its meri chaddi teri baniyan problem.

Well enough

Many a times it happens that when we wake up early and go to have shower -- woe begins.

Because question is "Which is mine baniyan and which is others." This question may create small feud too sometimes.

Its good that people have many options in terms of choosing Brands - Amul, Rupa, Calvinklein, Jockey, DKNY etc, which greatly helps to distinguish.

In general in hostel all people have almost same size of baniyaan like 90, 95 etc.

So it becomes a problem to find yours and it is the time when struggle of life begins for the day.

What would have happened, if there would be monopoly of a single baniyaan manufacturer- we wold have wasted many precious minutes of our life in searching our chaddi & baniyaan.

One of the solution to differentiate is to make a mark or small tattoo on all of your baniyaan, which will greatly help you and probably some one will say that "Ye to bada toing hai"

So go ahead chaps and make a mark.

Good news is that everyone is safe as per news and 101 passangers are enjoying

there on board. Well actual conditions can be told by them only.

But i have always seen such things in movies only. I wish i can feel it one day.

Going to Antarctica and then disconnecting from the world for a while.

I also read that on board there are some BBC documentary filmmakers, who

are utilizing this time fully through 2 helicopters on it.

People must have good amount of foodding for delay of 7 days and we await their

return, so that we can see pics, videos that they shoot there, may be on NGC or Discovery.

If i would be there i must have been watching the beauty without blinking my eyes.

Floating ice, Ship, Penguins, White light, Sun rays, people and their behavior.

Lets wish luck to all the passengers, Captain Hlebnikov and his staff.

Thoughts of Pagal

People say he use to be a professor in IIT delhi, some said he got in to IAS and then left it. ( I don't know exactly)

I don't remember the name of the guy(Must be a 40+ in age) because i never said even Hi to him. What most i did was only smiled whenever he was ready with a new issue in his White sheet board, in which he used to write about issues like global warming, Gender equality, Politicians, Female foeticide etc.

He was most of the time visibly invisible but people can find his Banners and posters every nook and corner, on streets or wherever he finds appropriate place.

Initially i didn't observed him for days but being a tea addict i use to cross him many times a day, than..yes than i realised his presence and omnipresence of his thoughts.

The good thing was that i saw support of the shopkeepers and tea makers nearby, they many a times helped him, don't know how long.

Never understood his motto or what he wanted to do or why he is doing all these things? But definitely if got a chance will meet him in future and for sure will here his whole story.

One thing that amazed me was that he seemed to be very intellectual---He was fear less, He was FREE. Freedom really meant to him because he can promote his thoughts and i cann't. Somewhere we all are padhe likhe gawar-----use less with only selfish motive in life.

Respected sir/ Madam

First of all i thank you for opening many cinema halls all across Mumbai.

I am a regular visitor to your cinema halls for watching movie with friends.

For watching latest flick i generally visit Big cinema - R- city mall( Ghatkopar, Mumbai) and

Huma mall (Kanjurmarg, Mumbai).

My main concern is about your service. You provide same service at both of above mentioned

cinema halls but even than ticket rates are high in R-city Big cinema hall in comparison to

Huma mall for all the shows.For example:

( For night show in Huma you charge Rs 140 while in R-city it is Rs 200- Rs 250.)

Is it because i generally feel bad smell of mosquito pesticides in your Huma mall (Kanjurmarg) based cinema hall.

Which most of time takes away all the pleasure of watching movie on all seats available and causes neck pain too.

Please tell me the reason for huge price variation for the same service in all of your cinema halls.

It is a kind request to you to take some action regarding this, else probably i have to switch to PVR cinemas

nearby.

Hmmm....Idea !

After little introspection Majnu realized that he has good networking and communication skill, so why not to cash on it.

He has 10 friends .So Majnu takes Rs 5,000 from each and meets his requirement of Rs 50,000.

Now Majnu intentionally forgets repaying that money, and whenever any of his friend asks for money he tries to avoid his friend but sometimes when he cannot avoid the situation, then he make a new friend and borrows another 5,000 and pays to the old friend. And this sequence goes on and on.

So all the time he has Rs 50,000 with him to enjoy, invest or anything.

To it we call

NREGA truth

NREGA--- National Rural Employment Guarantee Act

It came in to existence in Aug 2005, with the moto of providing employment to an adult member of a household for at least 100 days a year at minimum wage rate of Rs 100 per day, every financial year.

Government's aim is to provide public- work to unskilled labor in rural areas.

Government's outlay for the scheme is Rs 39100 cr ($8 bn) for fiscal year 2009-10.

It has been renamed as Mahatma Gandhi Rural Employment Guarantee Act on 2nd October, 2009.

Analysis

Central Government will bear 75 percent of the cost of material and wages for skilled and semi-skilled workers and rest by State government.

Strengths

# Empowering Gram panchayat as 50% of the work has to be executed by them.

# Activities that people have to perform are like Afforestation through plantation, digging wells, canals and land leveling etc, which ultimately develop our country.

# A 60:40 wage and material ratio has to be maintained. No contractors and machinery is allowed.

# At least one-third beneficiaries shall be women who have registered and requested work under the scheme.

Flaws

#Flaw in disbursement and utilization of the whole amount as it was expected that at least 40% of the amount would have been siphoned off in to the pockets of officials and gram panchayat members like panch and surpanch.

# CAG has found that in some places for eg. In Budera village their was no cultivation of Jatropha although Rs 80,000 has been claimed for fictitious cultivation.

# In some areas corrupt officials are issuing Job card to every member in a household, irrespective of whether they works or not and for that keeping half of the money in their own pockets.

# Farmers in U.P, Punjab and Haryana are facing scarcity of labors as many had returned to their own village, so agriculture is affecting and may also become a reason for food inflation in country.

# More than 300 FIRs reported in Rajasthan for irregularities in NREGA activities.

So even after having an awesome scheme, we were lacking at its implementation. Corruption flowing in our blood and system is nemesis of any success .

Why world is biased towards women?

Even today some educated people want a baby boy not a girl.

Some even do not celebrate......

But this is only one part of the story...

Women say that they are ahead of men in every task....(Almost true)

Look here

1. When it comes to placement, MNCs choose girls over boys. It is not so bcoz

boys are dumb but bcoz girls are girls.

2. In a life time a girl get more proposals than a boy could even thought of.

3. Even your best friend will curse you, if you say anything about his girl friend.

4. Girls get most of the ads in TV commercials as well as other media.

5. If a Man cries or shout on a road, may be no one will come for help but if a girls shouts.......u know...sab bhai log will come ahead.

6. 10 boys are always ready to die for a smile of a girl; but for a boy rarely a girl will ...

7. Girls even get preference in Bus, Trains when it comes to seats....uff...(Women should be preferred but why girls)

I am agains any kind of gender bias againt Man.....We need our haq....

Love Life

If you act like a jolly/passionate person( Which you may or may not), who is always their to make her girl friend/ wife love and laugh. She will love you like a mad. Some times you can make many girl friends toooo....just kidding.

Family

Even if you don't like the color of shirt that your parents bought for you, you can say Wao!. Mom what a nice shirt(which may not be the case) and make her happy. Same is they case when they found a life partner for you.

Boss

If you act like a hardworking smart guy, who is very close to the boss and respects him alot. He will definately promote you.

New Interaction

When you saw someone and feels to hit him but you cann't then just give a nice smile. He/ she may fall in for your smile( Again advantage)

So start acting well or join acting classes to improve your life or watch more movies and plays to make yourself successful, lovable and happy.

FLU FLU SWINE FLU

Swine flu is just 10 mt away from my college.

And 2 min walking distance from my flat.

Rumours are everywhere...but i think some ppl are

concerned while some are taking it in a casual way.

Generally students of our college use to go in

the canteen of Hiranandani Hospital.

simply because of good food.

But now a days --- No one prefers...at least from our college.

Even i have become little psycho.... and feeling not to go

even near to the hospital and so is the case with college

(Some Prof. are really bore)

However CM has given caution note, not to be at crowded place.

But is it really possible?

Should i stop going college, walking on road, and eating at

canteen or restaurant.

Some students have started pranks..

what they were doing is putting Hanky on their mounth

and roaming all around in the collage and just shouting..

stay away stay away.......i have a swine flu...

well whatever...

Every semester we hear/feel/ tolerate/manage troubles----

Some times it is terrorist attack, flood and this time

Swine Flu!

At last i remember a dialogue from movie "Anand"

"Hum sab uparwale ki haath ki kathputli hai kab, kaun,

kaha aur kaise upar jayega kisi ko nahi pata."

Note:- Above view is not to cause any rumour,

hurt someone or create any threat. Swine flu is a pandemic and

Once again the debat is on -- What is right and wrong.

Since May 1961, liquor sale is banned in gujrat because it was a place that belongs to our "Rashtrapita" a.k.a Gandhiji.

But he is Rashtrapita of whole country than why not ban liquor in whole India.

Alas!

How can we do so because if we do so , it will affect indian tourism industry as well restro & hotels.

Lots of people will get unemployed.

And even liquor barrons will get bankrupt.

probably all devdas of India may go for agitation too.

Now, what can be the solution?

Mallya has been proposing that gujrat should lift the ban on the sale of liquor in gujrat.

He is trying that since many years. And after the hooch tragedy in which more than 100 people

died after drinking poisonous liquor. Now once again he is pushing government for the availability of liquor in the state.

Well he will say so because he is having debt burden plus recession.

Why?

It will improve tourism in Gujrat so yearly revenue of state may increase by Rs 2500 crore.

And even people will not die just after drinking poisonous liquor. Actually they will take some time to die.

Someday even Finance minister may say that -- libralization of the availability of liquor in Gujrat is necessary to boost the economy.

Another question

If even after ban on liquor sale people are drinking, than what is the use of such rules.

i think rules are made to be broken.

Well i think we the people of India must laugh on ourself and take strong & right decision.

One of my college faculty told us that, when he was VP of a dept inxyz com,

there was a talented and good performer manager with excellent track

record, so he proposed his name for promotion.

But

the one higher authority was not agree to promote him.....

can u guess the reasoning....

It wa that----"The guy was not married"

And point of view of that authority was that -- a person who can well

manage his family can manage any company.(Because Company is nothing

else but a family itself).

So guys marry soon, if u r not getting promoted.

U will lose ur most eligible bachelors tag but u will definately

Isn't it true that almost everywhere we can find long long queue--- :"Lambi line".

Lets check it out.

For bus, in bus stop.
For tickets, in railway ticket counter.
Queue for admissions in premier institutes.
For your interview on placement days.
For doctor, in hospitals.
For voting, in voting booths.
Sometimes even for toilet their is queue."Shit"- The worst one.
Behind every B'ful girl, their is the largest queue ever you can find in the world.
For buying goods in retail outlets like Big bazaar on weekends.
Even for darshan of Bhagwan ji, their is queue in all famous temples.
If you need pure milk, go and have a look at tabela, you can find queue their also.

After accusations of scams like Fodder scam etc, Mr.Lalu Prasad Yadav made a transformation to his reputation by turning track of derailed Indian railway from loss to profit.

And positioned himself as miracle man, who can improve things.He initially gain popularity because of his way of talks and living style (Which haven’t changed till date) later he improved condition of Indian railway, which is used by lacs and crores of passengers daily. From availability of water, cleanliness of coaches to discounts to senior citizens, many things changed. In Bihar some companies like Prakash Agro Industry also sold fodder branded as ‘Lalu Pashu Ahaar’ and claimed to get good profit. One company also sold ‘Lalu khaini’ too.

Media has a great role in the defaming and then faming him. He became so popular among Indian people that anyone can find lalu dolls, comics named ‘Lalu chale sasural ‘at various places.

Mr.Modi

Another politician, who seems to reposition himself, is Mr. Narendra Modi. He has assiduously sought to reinvent himself from scruffy mascot of Hindu nationalism to a decisive corporate-style administrator. Only a public centered politician can become CM thrice times in consecutive term. Now he is known a Modernizer of Vibrant Gujrat with proofs like sanctioning Govt. owned land to TATA NANO plant in Gujrat within 2 days. He is providing Red carpet welcome to investors with no red tape.

Well once again media helped him to improve his image a lot and now he is supposed to lead his party at national level and can be seen as PM candidate of India.

To position themselves they targeted the mind of Indian voters. They are communicating, branding and promoting themselves to stand ahead of other politicians in this new era of Mediabolization.

So a big hand of applause to them.

PJs (aka Pakau Jokes)

Recently I developed the hobby of making PJs, I don’t know how they became a part of my life, so soon.

My roommate is fed up with that, some other friends too are victims of those ghastly / Unbearable PJs..

Recently I was chatting with my new friend on net and shared a PJ with her, instantly she told:” Do I suppose to laugh on that?Akash”

I just want to share one with you.

It was a Saturday when I and my one good friend were walking on the road, suddenly he fell down (I still don’t know how he fell down). Instantly I asked him Are u hurt/dard ho raha hai kya?

He replied”Chot lagegi to dard nahi hoga kya?”

Then I told him that you are not a”Mard”

He replied- Oh really?

I told – “Kyuki mard ke dard nahi hota “(Maine nahi kaha Amitabh ne kaha hai)

And then there was an outburst of laugh (Only by me.)

I don’t know from where that PJ came to my mind but they usually come at any incident like

When we went to IIT for dinner, I saw The Menu board on which it was written

SAADA DOSA – Rs 10

Etc..etc…

At the same time my roommate asked me – “What you want to have?”

I told not any DOSA stuff because I don’t like Sada(Rotten) dosa, I like fresh n tasty dosa only, which is not available (Pointing towards the menu board)

And then he became yellow pale and frustrated, I was not having Digicam that moment; else I might have captured it.

And then I heard bla bla bla bhajan’s like --- Don’t say crap at open places else people will beat you and I will not save you and in addition you will not be able to patau any girl, or if you, then she will run away soon.

Just before a week or two one of my classmates cum friend intimidated me by telling me that as soon as I get a girlfriend or fiancé, she will tell her about my PJs and will give her a warning before marrying me.

After such shocking comments “I Was ShOcKeD!

I think no medicine was ever invented for this problem.

Then she asked me do you know where is “WESTSIDE” (Actually she wanted to buy a goggles from west side).

I replied politely; yup I know:

“It is in west”

She just said: "Bakwaas band kar" and went away…..

Refreshed soul

Once, when I was waiting for my train at Jaipur railway station, I saw a couple who got down from their AC coach to buy some eatables and as soon as they bought it, train started creeping, they both saw each other and started running towards their coach. But that girl was near the train and struggling to catch the train, then the boy used his mind gave all eatables to her and caught the train’s door and then very smoothly and nicely gave his hand to his wife and took her inside.

I have seen such scenes in movies, but this time it was live.

Before this scene my mood was very gloom, but as it went on, I felt very relaxed and calm. It was a complete mood swinger event for me.

Before some days, when I was travelling towards andehri saw a school going girl, Her age might be around 10-12 years, she was standing near a Santro car and looking at her face in mirror like a film actress, seeming so innocent and careless about world. Made an impact on me…

Do you remember when you have been climbed a tree… might be in your childhood…..today I was watching a movies and seen a scene in which an actor/actress is climbing the tree and got stuck…that scene created a n intense urge in me to climb a tree and to be close to the nature and sitting still on the tree near a river or just imagine we all are in a bagicha of Aam and climbing trees, playing and enjoying without any tension. Isn’t it Amazing….

Me – The Spiderman

It was one year old story.

When I was coming to Mumbai first time from Raigarh, because of some work.My train was at 2 am in night (It was the day just before holi), stoppage of the train was for only 2 mins, and I found both the doors closed in my coach, then i checked almost 7-8 coaches by running, but again all are closed and then train whistled. Itwas about to leave, now I told myself that I have to board the train at any cost. suddenly God showed me one way, I saw an emergency window open and jumped inside it like spiderman. On that window seat luckly no one was sleeping. Emergency window is made to save the people at the time of any problem to get out of the train but this time it helped me to get into the train. This is how i boarded the train and felt like spiderman.

It was not less than a stunt, i dont know what forced me to do that but i did it.

So where there is a will there is a way.

And will is that force...that generates RESULTS.

It is really best, because

2. Total no. of BEST Buses in Mumbai is more than 3380.

3. Anyone can see n tell that it is the “BEST” bus by seeing its Red color.

4. I think it is one of the things made for common people.

5. Every child who comes to Mumbai has a wish to ride a double dekar bus – Its something, which is unavailable in rest of Indian roads.

6. Getting in to the bus is an Art, I have just learned, once u r in, its done.

7. In the bus you will find students, Working generation, old ppl, sometimes pretty girls hearing FM radio ,if u r lucky.

8. Nice fragrances of people standing beside you.haha….Please naha ke to aya karo bhai….

9. Some times u may also see fights between commuters .

10. But it inspires me to be strong to struggle, fight and win the battle of life.

So overall I can say when u enter the bus, u enters a different world.

We were 4 guys living together, with a common objective of doing MBA, Well we were all having 2-3 years of experience, so there was no problems initially in terms of financial expenses, as all of us was having small bank balance, but later problems increased.
whatever we were studying in MBA classes was implemented in day to day life. See how?

Now the correlation with our lives

Branding – Branding of ourselves, as we made our unique image in between friends in college.
Operation management – Arranging furniture in flat, Deciding shortest route to college.
Human resource Management – Managing Khana banana wali Bai and each member of the flat.
Law – Legal issues at the time of formation of contract between us and owner of the flat.
IT – In booking movie and reservation tickets.
Finance – Pooling & Utilizing funds, Debts management, Inventory management, Working capital management including daily expenses.
Economics – Marginal utility of satisfaction in food.

So as a whole MBA is more than study – It gave us a insight to our lives.

Who needs HELP!

Now a days I am facing a problem and that is of some stray dogs in my society which was not so good with most of the people - they just bark bark and bark on anyone they found and can bite anyone some day for sure. Actually a Christian family lives in my society – I don’t want to tell the names.

The problem is not their fondness with dongs because they do have 3 expensive hybrid dogs in their home which they use for shooting purpose in movies and TV serials and at the same time they have 7-8 stray dogs in society (those who completely belong to them). I don’t understand why they don’t keep these stray dogs in their home if they like them so mush--- they are also dogs, what if not hybrid!

Why they don't keep stray dogs in their house, if they really love them so much?

Really they are very good to these stray dogs --- that’s nice but they don’t know how to behave with human beings. I have seen them scolding gate keeper and other society members without any reason – what an irony – Man hates man! This is one of the biggest problems of people living in my society. But this family is so arrogant that no one even likes to go and talk to them.

Who needs HELP - DOGs or HUMAN BEINGS ?

Change The Rules

So it was the day one for me in HDFC, Mumbai as a summer intern and I picked my bike for the next 6 km, during the mean time my friend told me to bring all documents of bike but I told him that- don’t worry- no one is going to caught us!

Well I reached on time but in the evening, traffic police stopped me and the minimum fine for not having NOC was Rs2000 as i was not having anything except license. They told me that we stopped you because number on your bike is not MH (Maharashtra) and your are also not having NOC (No objection certificate) from the state you purchased bike.

They were very polite to me they gave me 2 offers after some discussion:
1. Either pay Rs 2000 as a fine or
2. Rs 300 as a fine.

Being a management student i thought its better to pay Rs 300, but I wasn’t aware that I unknowingly putting money in their pocket instead of governments – because they havn’t given me any Pawati( Receipt).

Then again I kicked my bike and just after a km another traffic police man caught me. Then irepeated the whole story that I have already paid Rs 300 then he asked me the location of the team and at last left me.
Then I came to know that my registration need to be change with the NOC and it will cost me around Rs 2500+.
Wao!

In general a person may go to new state for studies, Job and for other purpose – And if he wants to drive his vehicle he has to pay Rs 2500 for new registration again and again. Sounds disgusting!

Why should I pay such huge amount every time I shift to a new state?
Aahhh…..
Government must go for amendments in rules.

It is not a routine that I always crib about things but sometimes things irritates me so much that the only way to express my feeling is by writing. So here is the story of Indian news channels.

Today whole day I sat before TV and watched news in AAJ TAK, STAR, INDIA TV and Zee TV.
It was not the first time I sat to see these news channels. But ones again shat shat dandvrat pranam to INDIA TV. Wao their every news is “BREAKING NEWS”. They think they can make any nonsense breaking news. Just making mockery of the Journalism. This is not the only channel that creates news out of useless issues and extra coverage to those issues that will increase their TRPs.

News channels must act responsibly for the sake of common people and their life.
I am not telling that these news channel never do commanding job, they do when they give more coverage to the news like --- when Anti corruption dept. caught corrupt officials, when court found politicians guilty, when a mother gets justice…..so on.

I think in Indian media there are sufficient talented and capable people who can guide these channels to move on the path of morals and represent real face of India.

Salute to our politicians who are wasting millions of rupees by wasting time of parliament proceedings. However our respected speaker Mr. Somenath Chatterjee is doing a good job but it seems that if he will continue doing the same way, our parliamentarian may not choose him next time.
It’s a regular seen that some of MPs & MLAs shout unnecessarily and walk out – may be to enjoy !
However they can utilize that time to work for people of India.

Every member in the parliament gets Rs56000/mth apart from other benefits. Whenever it comes to rise in their salary, they all get united. Well everyone want hike in his salary so why not our MPs--- They are driving and representing our country yaar.

So what should we do
1. We can saw them live on TV and send them letters (Gandhi-giri style)
2. We can start voting, so that they will not be elected next time.
3. We can start an agitation to call back elected MPs & MLAs if they act irresponsibly.
4. We can stay numb as usual.

Forth option seems to be easiest one ------ We can choose it ?
Well if you ppl have some other nice ideas please tell and create awareness.

STORY OF A "DABELI"
Infact its my story…

Just before 2 days I went to Galleria in hiranandani.

But Why?
Ans: My hungerness and toung drove me there.
There I ate 1 dabeli, which generally use to be good.

But why?

Because I love it and place was near to my college.
But this time it was having soooo much of Mirchiiii a.. aah!

How would u be able to eat it?
Ha ha I got inspired from girls, who can eat Golgappas full of mirchiii, in one go!
Alas! I was stupid that time to gallop complete Dabeli just in 4 go’s.

Then what happened?
Suddenly I heared a song in my mind “ Tujhe mirchi lagi to mein kya karu”
So I ordered a hot tea and finished it with in seconds.

Phir kya hua?
Gud question……..i thought
…..These are all the conversation that I had with the doctor, who ultimately,
after looking into my throat using some long and chopped kind of devices
told me that I have a throat infection….
Gr8…Ye to mujhe pahle se he pata tha..
He charged me Rs 200 and when I collected medicines from the nearest
medical store, bill was almost around Rs 300.
So a total loss of Rs 500 for a dabeli which was worth of only Rs 8.
That means 62.5 times that of Dabeli..
Now if someone will ask me..

Have u ever ate a dabeli worth Rs 500?
Ans will be…… Yeaah… Ye…aaahh.

Parivartan
It is a club in my college for social welfare of people in Mumbai.
I was never a part of it but today I don’t know what happened to
me, I just went to a school named Arvind Gandbhir High school, Jogeshwari, Mumbai, to teach
9th class students with my one friend. It was my first experience to teach someome,
however I did some creative activities , games and quiz
in class but during that 2 hours I came to know that
teaching someone is not so easy, because u have to speak speak all the time and should
be able to control the class – to be an attention centre.
Initially students were talking to each other just like what I do and have done
in my school days .But later I put some efforts and showed my leadership skills and managed to
entertain and teach those students. Most of the students are from below or middle class families.
They were little behind in terms of communication skills as compared to Public schools.
But some of them are very intelligent, what I thought that they need guidance to move in
life. I tried my best to give them motivation and a direction in life.
At the end of this session I felt very composed and satisfied and happy.
One another thing is that in an MBA college we do presentation and all but
what I did today can be a good way to enhance skills .

This time we had a Class decoration competition in our college under yearly event Konflux.
And its topic was 'Hope'. Hope is a belief in a positive outcome related to events and circumstances in one's life.
Well in our class we represented each and every phase of life,
From birth of a child through his marriage to his old age.
We showed our naught hopes through various posters to enjoy and make fun of our lecturers,
Passionate hopes to propose someone and get response. hahaha
Hope for better future, better career and better life.
When judges came to our class we 55 students were together,
United to make our class win, we demonstrated a Skit too.
Waved heart shaped balloons. Beautiful moments!
Everyone is enjoying. I want to capture that moment in my mind.
Really beautiful, because everyone is working to make their
Class win, people work whole night to decorate class. We right
quotations on a large canvass. Even though everyone in my class is intelligent
and sharp enough to do things by his/her own but there are some who
worked more than their capability. I appreciate them.
I learnt many things from this event like
Team work, some moments that will not return in my life
and that ‘Hope’ is always there in life…………………
But apart from this event ……………………..
Now I came to know that writing about someone else is easy
But to write about ourselves is tough, really....

Individuals under the security blanket include Cabinet Ministers, Chief Ministers, High Court and Supreme Court Judges, leading politicians, and senior bureaucrats. Details of the categories are as follows:
Z+ category has a security cover of 36 personnel. Z category has a security cover of 22 personnel.

Y category has a security cover of 11 personnel.

X category has a security cover of 2 personnel.
The SPG (Special Protection Group),

NSG (National Security Guards),

ITBP (Indo-Tibetan Border Police) and

CRPF (Central Reserve Police Force) are the agencies responsible for providing securities to VVIPs/VIPs/Politicians/ High-profile celebrities and sportspersons.
The NSG is used extensively to guard VIPs and VVIPs, especially those in the 'Z-plus' category. Many NSG personnel are seconded to the Special Protection Group (SPG) which guards the Prime Minister. However, the use of NSG for VIP protection has spiralled out of control recently. More than 19 persons currently enjoy NSG protection, mainly as a status symbol. The Home Minister has clamped down on this misuse and is currently phasing out the use of the NSG for VIP protection in all but the most serious cases (Z-plus category). From now on, NSG coverage will be provided based on a persons threat perception rather than status. This move has freed up a large number of operators for other missions. The NSG is also in demand as security consultants and are known to be active in the Middle East.
SPG commandos cater to the PM, former PMs and their immediate family members as part of the z+ category of security cover.

Tragedy with Management in India

Tragedy with Management in India ( Facts: Hard to Digest)

1.Over 10 lakh tonnes of food grains worth several hundred crores of rupees, which could have fed over one crore hungry people for a year, were damaged in Food Corporation of India (FCI) godowns during the last one decade
( Responsible for procurement and distribution of food grains across the country)

2.The damages were suffered despite the FCI spending Rs 242 crore while trying to prevent any loss of food grains during storage. Ironically another 2.59 crore was spent just to dispose off the rotten food grains.

3. The FCI informed that 1.83 lakh tonnes of wheat, 3.95 lakh tonnes of rice, 22 thousand tonnes of paddy and 110 tonnes of maize were damaged between 1997 to 2007.

4. Far from maximising the utilisation of its agricultural produce; the government estimates that on an average 15-30 per cent of the country’s food gets damaged while on its way from the farm to the fork.

5. Quoting a 2007 report by Rabo India Finance, the Agriculture Ministry admitted last year that Rs 58,000 crore worth of agricultural food items get wasted every year because of lack of refrigerated transport and cold storage facilities.

6. Vision 2025 of the Central Institute of Post Harvest Engineering and Technology (CIPHET) has more detailed data. It notes that overall, every year there are post harvest losses to the tune of 10-40 per cent depending upon the commodity.

7. The CIPHET believes fruits are the worst hit. While India is the second largest producer of fruits in the world, CIPHET estimates that 25-40 per cent of the total production of fruits is lost due to spoilage at various post-harvest stages, thus the per capita availability of fruits is reduced to around 80g per day which is almost half the requirements for a balanced diet.

8. Similarly, despite being the second largest producer of vegetables in the world (next to China), India, it is estimated loses around 20-25 per cent of its total vegetables to poor post harvest practices.

9. Not surprisingly less that 2 per cent of the total vegetables produced in the country are commercially processed as compared to 70 per cent in Brazil.

If Omprakash sales 20 packets of Indian brand and 20 packets of Foreign brand than one day’s earning is Rs 140
And sells 50 pan which has a original cost of Rs 2 in Rs 5 than one day’s earning is Rs 150
And sells 50 Gutkha pouches in Rs 3 which has a original cost of Rs 2. Then one day’s earning is 50.

Total earning from 3 products in a day is Rs 340
Monthly Earning is 340*30 = Rs 10200

Earning is Rs 6167 after removing other monthly expense, monthly rent, depreciation on furniture

Fact is fact , truth is truth... can u think who is the most cruel species in this world...yup!... its us .... u n me an some like us.... today i was reading the newspaper sudden i read a news with a pic of a Dog -------- Someone in Parel, mumbai has made him blind using a stick of a iron rod....wao! salute to that man .... great deed... what else he can do to remove his frustration... that person might be facing some pain in life but can he be happy doing this act?
And now irony of this story is that it will remain a story forever , second the culprit is unknown , third our laws if a culprit is identified than he can be booked of value of only Rs 10 as a fine and in extreme case sentence of 2 yrs utmost, which again cannot happen in the case of Dog... hahaha

What a movie it was.... fabulous.... great , awesome .... no words to praise the theme of the movie...story, script and direction by Neeraj Pandey...In it Nasruddin shah and Anupum kher as usual in their best, this is the movie about the common man and his power .What he thinks, What he feels, How a common man can fight terrorism... This movie shows what a common man can do apart from his routine work and life.... Just watch this inspirational movie....

Today i went to the nearest post office in my hometown......ha what the condition of post office
.... no Gum was there, even some kind of stamps are also unavailable.....
i don't understand the use of stamps,,,, except being their importance related to the Indian history and tradition, when India is ahead with Software's and IT related activities,,, why so backwardness here----- may i laugh on myself and ppl who r wasting their precious time. Indian Govnt may issue some other kind of stamps---- magnetic or electronic.....It may not hurt ppl but help ppl to utilize their time and to remember the culture n tradition of India...
